      • 25% revenue decline and economic need
      • Loan amount based on 2.5 times payroll costs
    • First-time Applicants:
      • 500 or fewer employees
      • Loan capped at $10 million
    • Second-time Applicants:
      • 300 or fewer employees
      • Loan capped at $2 million
      • Potential 2nd Draw against PPP-1
