Construction Audit

Most of the top publically traded REITs in the country, as well as a number of private development companies and commercial lenders rely on DLA when they encounter issues with their development projects. Further, many of DLA's clients outsource their construction accounting oversight to us.

Many of DLA's engagements involve commercial and residential construction projects that go astray due to inadequate cost controls and contractor overcharges.  In these cases, we identify and recover monies due to our clients.  On others, we simply prevent our clients from being overcharged in the first place.
