Financial Advisory ServicesView Our Experience

The Financial Advisory Services Group is in many ways the backbone of the services offered to the CFO as it provides our Clients with the block and tackle of the daily processes which are of immediate concern to the CFO. These are the services associated with reporting, auditing, governance, budgeting and planning. Our team of CFOs and controllers are available to help on an outsourced or co-sourced basis. At the same time, our FAS Group offers the CFO forward looking and growth related services which leverages the Firm's strengths in auditing, strategy, planning and process improvement to support merger and acquisition activity.

In those situations where the CFO is called upon to act as defender of the business, the Forensics Services Team can play a key supportive role. In this practice, DLA leverages its recognized skills in audit, accounting and litigation support. The Forensics team is comprised of lawyers, investigators, auditors and computer experts who are experienced in working in situations requiring discretion, tact, and where necessary, secrecy, particularly in investigating fraudulent conduct and malfeasance.
